Are For Sale signs permitted? 

One (1) standard For Sale sign is permitted on the interior window of the unit. No signs are to be place in the common area, on the front grass, or entrance to the property.  

 

Are realtor lock boxes permitted? 

Yes.  

 

Are there any pet restrictions? 

Each unit is permitted a maximum of four (4) pets in a unit. No more than two (2) dogs and two (2) cats. Please see the dog breed restrictions in the Declaration.   

 

Are there any occupancy restrictions? 

No. 

 

Are there any leasing restrictions? 

No. 

 

What are the parking rules for residents? 

Each resident must park in their designated parking space. There are no additional resident parking spaces available for lease or purchase.   

 

What are the parking rules for visitors? 

Visitor parking is available on site on a first-come, first-serve basis. No owners, residents or tenants are permitted to park in visitor parking at any time.   

 

Are there restrictions regarding changes to the common elements? 

All changes to the common elements must be requested and approved in writing by the Board of Directors prior to any work commencing. This property has executed a bulk indemnity agreement which the unit must have participated in in order to make any changes.   

 

Is there sub-metering of utilities? 

Yes, water is sub-metered through Clean Cut Energy. 

 

Are there any unusual maintenance items? 

This is a lot line condominium. Owners are responsible for the exterior of the unit, for example windows, doors, roof, foundation, etc.  

 

Are there any bulk utilities included in the common expenses? 

No. 

 

Is there private waste pickup? 

Yes, units within the complex receive private waste collection. Units on Poplar Dr. are collected by the City of Cambridge.  

 

Are there any amenities? 

  1. Tot Lot (small playground) 

 

Are there any smoking or cannabis restrictions? 

No. 

 

Is there any other important information to know? 

No satellite dishes are permitted.
